The course aims to train professionals with theoretical-practical skills able to deal with the complexity of event design, organisation and management, able to deal with the different professional figures, business and institutional realities, indispensable to the realisation of an event.

To meet the growing need for managerial professionals, we have designed a 24-hour training course (classroom or remote) and 26 hours of training on the job, fundamental for the acquisition of practical and applied skills, for young people with a High School Diploma.

24 hours classroom and 26 hours on-the-job training
The course is open to all those with a High School Diploma.

At the end of the Course, for those who have attended at least 80 per cent of the training hours, a certificate of competence will be issued.

Managing all logistical and secretarial aspects of events.
Technical expertise on the fundamentals of operating and gathering the information necessary to develop an event.
Technical expertise on the principles of customer satisfaction and customer care.
Application of technical theory (budget definition, supplies, direction, technologies, printing materials, etc.) in operational phases according to the type of user.
Communication skills in the area of listening and empathy in relations with both customers and suppliers.
Ability to work in teams and be able to manage suppliers.
Customer and result-oriented with the aim of enhancing one’s personal skills.
