Location
We have designed an 800 s.m. space with 14 modular spaces in 20 different configurations.
The location is fully accessible, with natural light in all its rooms and complete with all basic technical equipment.
We are located in Rome at Via Cavour, 181, just a few minutes’ walk from Termini Station in the historical Rione Monti, in a strategic position in the city centre with car access and disabled access, having conceived the structure without architectural barriers.
We are a space where inclusivity and friendliness are spread by us and our regular customers.
Although Rome is famously busy, the centrality of the location still offers the possibility to easily organise travel for events that include guests from all over Italy and abroad. In addition, the Monti district offers a wide range of services that can be used during breaks between meetings and partner hotels where you can stay overnight and host staff or guests.
You will be able to enjoy moments of leisure after work, having clubs, restaurants at your fingertips, and within a 5-minute walk, art and culture among Museums, Galleries and Monuments such as the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum or the famous Moses by Michelangelo in the Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli.
The icing on the cake is finally our Terrace with panoramic views over the city that can be booked for both business and private events.
Modular spaces
The presence of mobile soundproof walls allows the classrooms to be managed with great flexibility. This modularity makes them versatile and ready to accommodate events with different set-ups. It will be possible to organise auditorium-style events, with school desks or folding chairs, to satisfy every requirement for training, congress, event and meeting environments. A characteristic feature is the double overlook that allows the rooms to look out on one side towards the historic Monti district and on the other into Via Cavour, one of the oldest and most important streets in the historic centre

All spaces are equipped with connectivity with an average speed of 130 Mbps, high-definition video projectors, big screens, Bose sound system and closed circuit connections.
Our digital environments are places of exchange, relationships and processes developed with the use of ICT, where different types of live streaming can be realised.
We offer online and hybrid events with various live streaming formats such as Event Live Streaming Light dedicated to large-scale events or Event Broadcasting, which is characterised by a high level of customisation with specialised technical staff who can take care of the complete direction of each type of event.

An organisational secretariat service that is always attentive to detail, knowledgeable, competent and headquartered right at the venue.
