Istat frames the role of Event Manager as a specific Professional Unit through Code 3.4.1.2.1 – Organizers of fairs, exhibitions and cultural events.
Because it is regulated as a Unit recognized by Istat, the profession of Event Manager requires specific professionalizing Training to the role.
The Training Path, followed by on-the-job training, aims to train professional figures to meet the needs expressed by companies in the meetings industry and the trade fair sector.
The Path is aimed at those who intend to acquire, and more purely specialize, on specific technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to operate professionally in the service of organizing and managing events in both the conference and trade fair sectors.

The Course consists of 24 hours of professional training to be held in presence at the FORMA SPAZI ACADEMY premises located in Rome – Via Cavour 179/A.
The meetings will be held on a weekend basis on 15-16 April and 22-23 April 2023 — from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (dates and times to be confirmed).
Next, Forma Spazi Academy, thanks to the collaboration with MY EGO, will provide an additional 26 hours of on-the-job, purely experiential training.
Training on the job is crucial for the acquisition of purely practical skills.

The course is open to all those with a High School Diploma.
The course starts when reaching 10 people
Weekend formula in presence and/or remote
The cost of the course is 900.00€.
At the end of the Course, for those who have attended at least 80 per cent of the training hours, a certificate of competence will be issued.

Knowledge of the structure and general organisation of events.
Managing all logistical and secretarial aspects of events.
Technical expertise on the fundamentals of operating and gathering the information necessary to develop an event.
Technical expertise on the principles of customer satisfaction and customer care.
Application of technical theory (budget definition, supplies, direction, technologies, printing materials, etc.) in operational phases according to the type of user.
Communication skills in the area of listening and empathy in relations with both customers and suppliers.
Ability to work in teams and be able to manage suppliers.
Customer and result-oriented with the aim of enhancing one’s personal skills.
She began his activity in the conference field in 1994, when he became sole director of the service company Anteprimadue S.r.l., holding this position until 2015.
For years, she has been involved in training on the realisation of events, with particular attention to institutional meetings and the "Ceremonial of State", and has also lectured at the S.S.A.I - Scuola Superiore dell'Amministrazione dell'Interno.
She is also an expert in the reporting of EU projects and is a project manager in the congress organisation sector, controlling the planning of events both from the point of view of investment and their yield.
She is currently a senior manager at My Ego S.r.l.
She graduated in Communication Sciences in 2005 and began working for the company Anteprimadue Srl, specializing over the years in the organization of institutional events.
Today she works for My Ego Srl as senior event manager.
She has been a lecturer at numerous private institutions for training courses and masters dedicated to the congressional event and its organizational techniques.
For many years she has been involved in the implementation of the 360-degree event and in particular in coordinating the executive plan and identifying the most effective means of communication for its maximum dissemination.
Congress experience of more than 25 years. A graduate in Literature and Philosophy, she has been senior events manager for My Ego Srl from 2015 to the present.
In 2017, she was technical director for the third "framework agreement" related to the organization of the preparatory events for G7 Italy, managing all organizational aspects and coordinating a project team of no. 12 people.
She is currently an account manager for INAPP, INDIRE and the Italian Institute of Germanic Studies.
